Dave brings over 35 years of hands-on experience in the concrete, asphalt, and masonry industries. He began his career working alongside his father, learning the trade by providing quality solutions across Long Island, and went on to build a reputation as a skilled operations specialist and business development expert with firms like Pacilico, Scalamandri, and Concrete Creations. From running highway asphalt projects as a foreman to serving as chief estimator and supervisor for major concrete companies, Dave has consistently delivered top-level results that support strategic growth. 

Now joining Yellow Paving, he combines decades of field expertise with a proven track record of leadership to help drive growth and ensure every project meets the highest standards.

Ari began his career in real estate, where he developed a strong foundation in understanding markets and identifying long-term value, which is essential for business development. He later transitioned into private capital and investing, where he worked closely with companies during times of change and growth. In those roles, as an operations specialist, he focused on finding ways to strengthen operations, improve strategy, and unlock new opportunities for strategic growth.

Today, he brings that valuable experience to Yellow Paving, guiding the company with a steady approach and a commitment to reliability and lasting results.

Mark studied business at Excelsior University, where he built a solid foundation in finance and management. He gained valuable experience as an operations specialist in investments, compliance, and private equity, providing him with a broad perspective on how companies can achieve strategic growth and adapt to market changes.

At Yellow Paving, Mark leads business development efforts, focusing on building relationships and creating opportunities that support the company’s growth.
